Brooklyn-based photographer Drew Anthony Smith wanted a website that matched his professional identity. I built a custom PureMVC-based Flash site that set itself apart with big, bold images on the front, and a unique presentation of scrolling type to match his business cards and marketing materials. I also customized his Wordpress photo blog to match the look, feel and color pallete of the rest of his site.

Designer, TEXODUS Pictures
In conversation with the photographers in this Brooklyn-based collective, we arrived at the concept of a large collage as a central design element for the site. Using SlideShowPro Director as a backend, I implemented a PureMVC-based Flash application to present a dynamic collage of images on the front page.

Consultant, InCite Magazine
In 2008 I was asked to consult on a website for an alternative media class at the University of Texas at Austin. I came into classes several times, talking the students through basic concepts in CSS and HTML and introducing them to the basics of content management systems. At the end of the semester I helped them to adapt their design into a SilverStripe template, and helped them to launch the site in December of 2008.
